I’m happy to be home and furiously at work on the sequel to Lunatic Fringe.  I’m about eighty pages in and the book is looking *great* if I do say so myself. I learned so much from writing Lunatic Fringe, and I’m excited to use my new skills in the sequel. I’m ramping up the sex, action, patter and poetry that everyone seemed to like in the first book, while moving at a much quicker pace and holding nothing back.   My plan is to have Hungry Ghost out by February of 2013, and so far, I’m right on schedule!

Meanwhile, exciting news, the cover for Lunatic Fringe won the Book Designer’s E-Book Cover Design Award for November.  I’m thrilled that my graphic designer, Julianna Parr, is getting the credit she deserves for the fantastic cover she designed for me.

Also, I’m featured on Curve Magazine’s website this week, so go check out my opinions on coming out stories, gender binaries, and Girl Sex.

And, finally, back by popular demand, I’ll be teaching Self-Publishing 101 at San Francisco’s Center for Sex & Culture on November 30.  It’s the last day of NaNoWriMo, so if you want to know what to do with your November masterpiece, check it out!

The virtual version of the class is coming along nicely, so if you want first dibs when it’s ready for download, sign up for my mailing list (found in the upper right side of this page)!
